Agreement
By creating an account or using Orion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Orion (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
The service
Orion is a personal intelligence assistant that reads your connected data sources and generates a daily brief. The service is currently in private beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Access is by invitation only during the beta. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Orion. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others without our permission.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Connected integrations
When you connect a third-party service (Gmail, Google Calendar, Strava, GitHub, Plaid, etc.), you authorize Orion to access that service on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Integrations.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of data from third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ·Use Orion for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- ·Attempt to access another user's account or data
- ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- ·Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- ·Resell or sublicense access to the service
Your content
You own the notes, wiki entries, and other content you create in Orion. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving Orion for you.
Beta disclaimer
Orion is in private beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of briefs, or that the service will meet your expectations. Brief content is AI-generated and may contain errors — do not rely on it for financial, medical, legal, or other high-stakes decisions without independent verification.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
